This daybed had a lot of pieces and was honestly a nightmare to put together. It took me about 6 hours to finish! But once it was done, the outcome was great. It looks nice, feels sturdy, and the kids absolutely love it so far.

Super easy to put together compared to most furniture. Nice, cushioned material at the back and convenient and cute side tables that fold out. Trundle rolls nicely but do pay attention to the mattress height you buy (top mattress can be taller than trundle mattress). Easy plug ins at too for my daughter’s iPad. Overall a good buy for the money.

Well the delivery was horrible, as the boxes were left at the end of the driveway! Thankfully they weren’t stolen! We were pleasantly surprised by this bed. It came in two boxes that looked entirely too small to be a bed, though they were heavy boxes! The instructions were illustrations (of course) and were not especially easy to make out. My husband is pretty handy though, so we managed. There were some problem areas however. When installing the “arms” of the bedside tables you can hardly put the screws in! This is where a hand drill would be really handy, as the space is awkward and you almost cannot get the tool into the space needed. Also, when putting together the trundle, the instructions did not indicate that the casters with the locks are the ones that go on the corners and the ones without the locks go in the middle. Also, the casters with the locks should be mounted with the locks facing INWARD or you won’t be able to roll the trundle under the bed. This of course makes it virtually impossible to utilize the locks at all. We do not have mattresses on the bed yet, but in trying to place the trundle under the bed, it is a manual process. There is no mechanism that allows you to simply push down or lift up to make the trundle raise or lower. There is, on each end of the trundle, ‘bar’ legs-meaning a solid bar-that folds in and out to make the bed raise or lower. Again, this is a manual process and I see it being quite a difficult issue once the mattress is on the bed! As a side note, the trundle mattress should be no thicker than 6 inches. We did love the little side tables and the outlets at the top of the headboard. I wish the headboard actually flipped down for storage but it still looked very nice. The frame seems solid and we do like that the trundle actually latches onto the main frame to make a queen bed if needed as well. Overall, we are pleased with it and it will come in handy in the guest room.

I am really satisfied with this day bed. First let me say it was easy to put together. It took me a little longer but it is durable to do it alone with ease. Now the features are the best part on the top you have a charging port for c and USB as well as plugs. The sides have these pullout tables so there is no need to have night stands. Very sturdy and looks fabulous.
