Beautiful piece for my loft. Big problem with delivery. I paid for White Glove delivery and they just left it on the main entrance of my loft building. Eventually they refunded my payment for White Glove service but I was stuck having to get it inside.My neighbors got it inside and the next day another neighbors brother came and they got it into my loft. Customer service lied to me 3 times. I called Saturday to make sure everything was good for Sunday delivery, then again on Sunday saying Yes White Glove and then said somebody would be here July 3rd to unbox item and when I called on the 3rd they weren’t sending anyone bc they had refunded my White Glove fee. I had to pay a different company to set it up. It’s a shame bc I have an entire loft to furnish and I’m afraid to buy anything substantial ( headboard for example) .

We were looking for something industrial for under our TV. This stand totally fit the bill. It is super heavy but packaged VERY well. It did take some time to reach us (3 weeks) but that was communicated clearly from the beginning. We love the look and are super happy with the purchase.
