Straightforward to assemble and looks great in our living room. A much needed improvement from our prior TV stand.

The piece looks great. love that I can make it smaller as the bottom comes in 4 different cabinet pieces can easily remove bookshelfs bottom cabinets to make shorter. Solid too.

Shelves were very easy to put together. We finished putting the whole set up in a few hours. Cabinets are not as stable as other furniture I've assembled, but they will do. Shelves are satisfactory. If you're looking for something higher quality and durable, I would look elsewhere. Other than that, once completed it looks nice, although it takes a lot of word to make cabinet doors all line up like in the photos.
