Instructions were not good and the chairs are poor quality.

Wayfair has some disturbing practices - read to the end. Very disappointing that within 12 hours of placing this order that there was a price reduction. I immediately canceled the order and then called customer service to verify; I was told that no processing had happened and that cancellation was likely, but ironically the dining set was not cancelled and shipped. Wayfair said they simply could not adjust for the new price, but that we could return the set and order at the new price. We struggled with the waste of time, energy (both ours and fuels to ship here, there & back again). So we decided to do nothing. And then came a second price reduction with a 7-day ordering time frame. Unreal. How hard is it to have a 30-Day price guarantee? How hard is it to give a credit for price adjustment? Why make it harder on a customer to make something right? In a world where we talk about sustainability, Wayfair definitely needs to improve their practices. The table and chairs are still in their box and hopefully we will not have issues with them when we open in about a week.

I really love this table. It feels solid. The chairs are comfortable and barely took 20 minutes to put together. I am so glad I found this table and chair set.
