Two of the 4 arrived dinged and bent beyond usability, the box clearly not strong and padded enough. Navigating the return process was excruciating. After sending pictures and filling out a lengthy form multiple times (weird flow), I was directed to text messaging with customer service, who then told me the vendor would be in contact with me. What? I don't want a several days process to return damaged property. And the stools themselves, maybe it's because multiple legs were bent, but they don't seem solid and sturdy.

These are sturdy and sleek. They do not take up extra space.
