Tabourets de bar pivotants avec dossier Olivetti

Love these stools. Beautiful and easy to put together seem sturdy. I am giving it a 4 star because they did come with dings and dents on one of the bottom metal stand from packaging I assume. One of the cushions had marks on them.

I recently ordered the Olivetti PU Leather Upholstered Bar Set Of 2 With Back & Footrest from the Wayfair website, and my experience has been nothing short of a nightmare. Less than a year after my purchase, one of the barstools is already damaged. This level of quality is absolutely unacceptable for any product, let alone one that is meant to provide comfortable seating. To add insult to injury, when I contacted Wayfair for assistance, I was informed that the manufacturer does not have a warranty to cover damages within a year of purchase. This is beyond frustrating and shows a complete lack of customer care. How can a reputable company sell products that fall apart so quickly and then refuse to stand by them? Wayfair's failure to provide adequate customer support or a reasonable solution has left me feeling incredibly dissatisfied. I will certainly consider taking my business elsewhere. This experience has been a huge disappointment. Less than one star for this deplorable experience.
