One stool arrived damaged, but we were able to repair it with glue. I recommend better packaging and gentler handling of packages.

Took way too long to arrive. Very little communication. The packaging literally was plastic wrap. One of the legs has a chunk of wood that was knocked off (must have been prior to packing because the missing piece was no where to be found. Three weeks into use screws have pulled out of one of the chairs and is now unsafe to sit in.

The stools are nice but the first and second deliveries were all damaged. The boxes were damaged, and the crew that picked up the stools ran through my flowerbed.
