Assembly instructions are in the wrong order, please fix it. Some shelves on the piece came warped but not too big a deal to us.

Using next the another piece to house Providers' backpacks and personal items, with space on top for other items that need accesssibility but not wanting to leave them in clinic rooms. Made well. Nice appearance and fairly easy to put together.

This piece worked perfectly in our mudroom. Size is great and I can store a lot on it. I didn't attached the backing to it to keep the item lighter looking.

Overall alright. Reasonably solid once assembled. Not too much wobble. A bit if a pain to adjust the six feet, but it's doable. My complaints: 1 - The surface finish of the acacia is rough. Grainy. Not smooth. 2 - The pre-drilled pilot holes for the hanger rail was in the wrong location. It was on the wrong side. I had to drill new holes myself. 3 - The assembly instructions need improvement. If you follow the first step on the manual (attaching three lower shelves to one rectangular frame), you won't be able to get the central frame on.
