The bed itself is solid. It’s good quality. It took about 45 minutes to assemble but wasn’t difficult. Unfortunately, this is the 3rd piece of furniture that has arrived damaged this week with the first two not yet resolved. The Wayfair rep told me I had to repackage the item and drop them off at FedEx which is not my responsibility. I’m waiting to hear from a supervisor but haven’t and that was 4 days ago. We just bought a new home and we have many more rooms to furnish. I am a Wayfair Rewards member and have been very happy with all previous orders up until the last 3 shipments. If this isn’t resolved I won’t be purchasing anything else. We simply do not have the time to assemble, reassemble or take damaged items to FedEx. Disappointing. I will update my review once there is a resolution.

The instructions on this bed are HORRIBLE. Nothing written, only illustrations by number. Some were contradicted. Ultimately we screwed in a screw that went right through the headboard on the front side which needed to be glued and painted in order to attempt to fix it. Also, the delivery options were awful and no option for a delivery and assembly through Wayfair. WE WILL NEVER BUY ANYTHING THROUGH THIS COMPANY AGAIN!!! This customer service is completely incompetent!!!!
