These chairs are perfect for what we needed. My elderly mother lives with us and had a spinal fusion a few months ago and needed something firm but with a cushion to use at our dining table. Our house is country…and I wanted something not too contemporary that I could dress up with some warm country accents. I put a chair on each end of our table..with some checkered throw pillows and covered a memory foam pillow in the same fabric for her chair and they look great in front of our big open hearth…and now she can spend time dining by a warm fire this winter. These chairs a very neutral in color … a warm beige gray...very comfortable . Pros: Great size..not too bulky, comfortable, nice neutral color, good quality Cons: Our cats think we made this purchase for them.
