Excellent quality piece. Real wood. Looks great! Easy to assemble.

Overall the bookcase was simple and clear to put together until I got to the hinges. I installed the hinges and doors and, when I went to open them, the hinges ripped from the cabinet. It was as if the screws were too shallow for the hinges I am inquiring about a refund or replacement. I want to give this a better review because other than this, it was a nice bookshelf, but I don’t really know where to go from here with the inability to attach the doors now.

I ordered two bookcases. One was perfect. When I opened the box to assemble the other, it was a hot mess of broken pieces and all the bagged hardware had been open and strewn all over. After texting customer service, they refused to send a replacement but offered a 20 refund. After refusing this, I was offered a full refund but not a replacement. I was told my item is back ordered (but the website says I can order one and have it delivered in 2 days - but the price jumped up 50!) I asked again to have a replacement but was denied. I asked for the option to repurchase at my original price, again denied. Now to have a matching set I will have to pay MORE and clean up this mess.

The wood is cheap and can chip easily if not careful and parts are a little loose fit for the item

Perfect addition to our new home office! I love the white finish—it’s clean and fresh without feeling too stark. It’s also surprisingly sturdy and looks much more expensive than it actually is. The cabinet below provides great storage for keeping things tucked away, while the open shelves on top are perfect for books, baskets, and a few favorite pieces of decor. It adds both storage and style without taking up a lot of visual space. Really happy with this purchase!
