Works well in my space. The sofa would have been too big. If you're a large person, the seat cushions will sink in about three inches, lowering the overall height of the seat. I do love the fact that they are very firm. It makes it easier on these old knees to get up! The throw pillows are HUGE! I won't be using them as they take up the entire seating area. The reversible cushions are a definite plus. I can swap them around to reduce wear.

I love the chunkiness of it, very firm seating which us exactly what I wanted due to lower back issues. I can even fall asleep on it!!! Happy, happy, happy with our purchase
