Ordered this on May 2nd. Up until June 24th. I had exactly 10 Rescheduled appt's. and 3 no shows, Never one phone call!! The Wayfair employees had a no care attitude. After the chaise was canceled on June 14, it showed up on June 24th. with all 4 legs missing!! I had already ordered a new chaise on June 16th. No call saying it was to be delivered. This was by far my most upsetting dealings with Wayfair. I am done with them and their nasty attitudes!! As of today, they have not scheduled a date to pick up this chaise!! And by the way, it is the most uncomfortable chair EVER!!
