It's a decent chair. Not bad, but not exceptional either. Pro: It looks very nice, and is made of solid wood. Con: The chair, while made of solid wood, creaks ever so slightly when I sit on it. Now, I'm not worried about myself breaking it, as I only weigh 135lbs. But if I was significantly heavier... I wonder how long it would last. Overall: at time of writing, I reviewed the various options, and this was the nicest quality chair on Wayfair in this price range and in the finish that I wanted. It suits my needs and I would buy it again, but this chair may not be the best choice for everyone.

One of the two I ordered fell apart after only 3 months. Very poor quality construction, do not buy!

Lovely and sturdy chairs. One arrived broken and two with small scratches (from shipping). One phone call and they are sending me three new ones with no question other than a photo of the damage. They said to donate the three I received that were damaged. Incredible customer service!!! Ill be back!
