These are the nicest chairs I have. Very easy to get in and out of and sturdy. The color is beautiful. Everyone that comes comments on them. Beautiful

Poor workmanship and bound to rip and tear easily Pleather. I was looking for these type of loungers and when I saw these, I just had to get them) The reviews I had read were great and I was so happy to open the box and unveil one with my sister. I felt my stomach go queasy when I realized that the chair was defective or either it was “Bring your kids to work day” at the upholstery workshop. I have never upholstered any furniture myself, but I know that I could have at least nailed the nails in a straight line especially on short rows. There are places where little pieces of hard plastic are going to pierce through the fabric . The pattern of nailing and of how to upholster corners are different on the left and right and sloppy. Fabric has been bunched up or folded oddly then nailed into place. One example is on the front, there is a small gap (hole) underneath where the fabric was nailed down. There was nothing about it that was worth over 900 for 2 chairs and 2 ottomans with the 2 additional warranties. I love the design, and if it had been a much cheaper price, I could have dealt with knowing that the fabric wouldn’t hold up very long, but for this price point, it should’ve been much nicer.

This has been the worst experience ever 3rd pick Is first chair I received middle pic is the 2nd which clearly has a hole and the first pic is the 3rd chair I received all of them damaged. Each time I was offered 30 off to keep. For the one with the hole I was offered 25 off. The chair is a nice chair but 500 isn’t cheap and having to wait for responses regarding continued damage products is not right. We had to carry these chairs back to FedEx each time to return. I kept the last one going to see if I can cover the damaged leg. I think after all the inconvenience of getting 3 damaged chairs and have to take such a large item to return they should have given me 50. not 30 which I’m still waiting for.HORRIBLE they obviously do not have quality control in this company.

I was looking at similar styles in leather when I came across this. Being a side accent chair it won't get heavy use, and for the reasonable price I hope to get years out of it. It's quite pretty and the cherry color looks nice next to my brown leather sofa. Very happy with it.

It is just like it looks in the pictures and is perfect for the space I had in the reading room. It came already assembled which I really appreciated.
