Frankly, I was dissapointed in the table. The top consists of two pieces that are joined and the grains are different enough that the two sides took the stain differently resulting in a two toned table. Also, before ordering I had read about poor instructions that come with the table. This is true. It would not be hard to furnish step by step instructions. With just a diagram of the finished table, it is easy to start putting the table together and then have to take it apart because you did it in the wrong order.

The table is exactly what I was looking for after considering higher quality tables for 3-4 times the price. It was a little difficult to assemble because my brain processes words better than pictures, and the assembly instructions are all in what I call "international picturespeak." It was hard to get some of the barrel bolts through the barrel nuts until I lubricated them and used brute force. Be careful not to overtighten the bolts that hold the top to the legs lest you start coming through the surface. Pros: great value Cons: challenging assembly
