One star for the item as it did not match the color on the website or the look of the item. The item looks really grey in person instead of green. I give five stars for the return and delivery. I will say though that they processed the return well and I had no trouble getting the item picked up.

This is the most comfortable couch we sat and picked out from the all modern showroom. The couch looked better than the picture. Highly recommended!
