Fauteuil inclinable par pression Shondra

Great chair. Finished off my living room. Color blended in perfectly. Very comfy for tv pans reading.

Do not buy this chair! The recliner mechanism is faulty, and it started tearing the fabric. Wayfair did not stand behind their product and would not make it right! I spent a lot of time over the course of two days talking to AI generated responses on their chats with multiple promises that management would call, and I haven’t heard back from them. Terrible product and terrible customer service! I will never buy another item from Wayfair!

Very well made. Heavy and sturdy for sure. It came with a broken leg but it’s hardly noticeable now that it’s glued. I love the color and the texture and it’s really comfortable. Great for tall people because the back rest is high. Highly recommend.

This is such an excellent chair! My whole family will be fighting over who gets to sit in this chair now. It’s super comfortable, the arms are really wide, and the recline is nice. The upright part where your back goes has really nice cushion to it as well, different than where you sit. Where you sit is a little more firm, in a good way. We are obsessed with this chair!

Update: Happy to report that Wayfair customer service was very helpful and I should be getting a new recliner, so updating my review from 1 star to 4 stars. If everything works out ok and when I finally get into the chair I hope to make this a 5 star review. Older review: It looks nice but one of the legs broke off. It was like this when I took it out of the box. I can’t return this because it too too much getting this heavy item into the upstairs room. But it is very frustrating because I will need to troubleshoot and figure out how to fix this leg. I paid a lot of money for this recliner and I am upset and wish I could return it, but that ship has sailed.
