Disappointing Experience for the Price
For the price tag of 3,200, I expected much more from this velvet sofa. Unfortunately, it fell short in several areas
• Cleaning Nightmare The velvet fabric looks nice at first, but it’s extremely hard to clean. Every little mark shows—especially my kids’ footprints. It constantly looks messy no matter how much I try to maintain it.
• Comfort Issues The sofa is not comfortable to sit on for long periods. The cushions are too firm, and the backrest is too short to offer any real support. It feels more decorative than functional.
• Quality Concerns One of the plastic leg caps cracked shortly after setup (photo attached), and now the sofa scratches the floor.
• Delivery Problems The ottoman was missing during delivery. I had to wait weeks to get the final piece delivered, which was frustrating.
Overall, this sofa looks decent from a distance but doesn’t deliver in quality, comfort, or durability. I wouldn’t recommend it, especially for families or high-traffic living spaces.
