Very happy with our new couch. After shopping in store several times and looking at dozens of different couches and styles, we feel that we gained the knowledge needed to make a purchase online and are happy with the result. This couch is the best bang for the buck. It has the most room for couches of this size range, the cushions are firm to the point that hopefully they’ll last, and are made from pretty tough material, and it looks great.

Pros It’s really pretty. The fabric is soft. Love the vibe. Cons VERY firm. It’s not comfortable to me at all. The chaise part creaks when sat on (I weigh 145lbs). It’s lower to the ground than I would like. Also it was delivered with a small 1 inch tear. They offered me a small discount but not a replacement. On another note… I decided to get a Wayfair CC for the purchase. I just moved and there’s a problem with the post office not delivering my mail so I haven’t received the card. When I tried to register the card online it wouldn’t let me without the card. Tried other methods that didn’t work. Went on family vacation and when I returned I tried again but wasn’t successful. Finally called them and after a very frustrating call.. they tell me they can go ahead and take my payment over the phone and I’m one day overdue and have to pay a late fee. Not happy (
