This chest is one of the nicest pieces of furniture I own. It’s very sturdy and well made. The hardware used is top notch as well. I really like the clean and minimalist design. I’ve been using it daily now for over two years. You get for what you pay for. So while it’s not necessarily cheap—it’s worth it for people who are looking for higher end furniture that you can own for a long time.

Beautiful piece of furniture. The wood is smooth to the touch and rich with detail. The craftmanship is excellent. The only minor downside (hence 4 stars instead of 5) is that the drawers require a little extra effort to open due to the anti-tip mechanism that only allows one drawer to be open at a time (which is great if you have kids). But you can remove the anti-tip mechanism with a screw driver if the drawer inertia is annoying, and just attach the dresser to a wall with an anti-tip strap instead.

Super pretty look and feel. Soft close does not always work on the unit I received. The bottom drawer is hard to open and close for the unit I received.

Wobbly & dented piece, uggh. Got a call from the delivery service that the packaging was damaged. I accepted the offer for a discount, which Wayfair later rescinded & said they’d be sending another piece. Whether or not I got the original piece- only Wayfair knows; curious situation. Otherwise, as beautifully, solidly built as the 6-drawer dresser, previously purchased, which gets the 5-star.

Love the look of this mid century bamboo dresser. Solid piece of furniture. And bamboo is ecofriendly.
