I love the product and it’s beautiful

The quality of the assembly of this nightstand was surprisingly poor. I could have lived with the screws that hadn't been installed straight and the minor scratches on the back of the legs. But the bottom drawer stuck when opening and closing. I had to pull it hard to open and slam it to close. That didn't seem right for a $350 product so I returned it. Otherwise, it looks as described.

I have had these for some time now, with matching dresser, and now in my guestroom. They came exactly as advertised and are very functional. Nice smooth finish in a color that i wanted. No issues with the drawers.

Dresser itself is nice and meets our needs for size, etc. Wish it has soft close drawers but otherwise a nice dresser. My biggest issue was the delivery. I was notified of a date and delivery was scheduled. At first, they tell you that you have to be available the ENTIRE day/evening and on the day of delivery, they give you a smaller window the day of delivery. That being said, you have to clear an entire day because you don't know when they will come. The first delivery was cancelled after I waited around for half a day. Then, they made me wait about 5 days before they rescheduled my delivery. Then, proceeded to cancelled on me AGAIN last minute! When I called ALLModern, the customer service person told me that it was cancelled because not all the parts arrived. HMMMM...really? This piece came fully assembled and no additional parts were needed. Even the hardware was already attached. When it was finally delivered, it was damaged. Sheesh....I had to then wait for another order to be shipped out and delivery scheduled. It was ridiculous that I had to waste so much of my time just waiting on the delivery company to perform. Come on...ALLMODERN, do better. We actually do have lives and waiting around multiple times for a delivery (that is then cancelled after your window) is really unacceptable.
