Beautiful stand but no variation in color at all or sign of petrified wood. It looks like black marble. Expensive for a primarily black stand. I understand this type of material is nature made but materials should be chosen for specific wood variation. Not at all as advertised. Pretty plain table for a high cost.

This item is not as described. The top is not made of petrified wood. The one we received has a top made of travertine. The website is misleading. Do not be deceived and think that you were getting petrified wood on the top.

This piece is a piece of art. Perfect for a small space saving area, it’s as detailed as it looks, the marble is authentic and gorgeous! Highly recommend this piece!
