The bed was amazing, but the free assembly damaged it, and we had to take it apart because it wasnt assembled properly.

Very nice bed, perfect for my guest bedroom.

So very disappointed about this product and the customer service to get it fixed. Love the look of the bed, but the shelves are shipped as part of a side wing panel, and they were both broken off! Why would you ship an item with the shelves screwed into the panel when they can be assembled later? Spent hours trying to get replacement parts, only to have them send the wrong ones and tell me to donate! The bed was too expensive to justify bad craftsmanship and packaging. I read the reviews and one posted after I got my bed had same issues with shelves and trying to get replacements. Customer service went round and round with me offered discount but I just wanted the bed I paid for. Sadly, I had to return the entire bed. Gave 1 star just for the look of the bed.
