I love the look but the bed make a noise every time some moves on it

Overall appearance is great but beware- this bed is noisy and creaks with the smallest movements. Wood slats that are underneath the mattress were severely warped on delivery and may be causing the issue - however- overall quality of parts was sub standard. You pay for the savings with hard labor in assembly. Well made beds are much more intuitive to assemble and have substantially better materials. If quality is important to you, I would suggest looking elsewhere. The savings are not worth it.

Structurally, the bed is excellent (5 stars). It has quality substantial parts which fit together well. Once assembled it is heavy, but that adds to the secure feeling once the box springs, mattress and bedding are on it. It is a lovely light grey velvet, and the perfect size and look for our room. However, NO WAY can you put it together in 2 hours. Took my husband 4+ hours, and he has worked on mechanical things for ~50 years. Plus he used some if his specialized tools. And the kit was missing 5 of the larger washers. Due to the quality, I would purchase again, but doubt I will need to!
