Honestly, It looks really nice. Just note that the cabinet is covered in a veneer (drawer fronts are solid though). Yes, the description mentions MDF, but person in the video states “we love it” because, among other things, it was crafted from sturdy solid wood with nice grain, which is misleading since it’s wood that’s wrapped in a veneer.

I've had this tv stand for a week and am very happy with it so far. I'm deducting one star not for the product itself, but because I had some customer service issues before purchase and before delivery. The tv stand is solid and beautiful. It has cord management behind each cabinet door (so four holes total). Some of the photos make it seem like only half the cabinets have cord management. This is not the case. When this tv stand went on sale for $749, I decided to hope for the best and purchase. I am glad I did. The color is a bit more of a brown than I would have expected from light oak but is still beautiful. Remotes have worked through the slats for the most part. I do have to occasionally angle one of the remotes just right to get to work, but that is a minor inconvenience compared to how nice it is to have our electronics neatly tucked away. Overall, I'd definitely recommend this TV stand.
