Chaise de salle à manger rembourrée Amaroo

This chair has a beautiful design and I Mainly looked at its dimensions and design for the breakfast nook, but it’s not comfortable as I was hoping. The back rest is as you can imagine so solid on the back and the upholstery probably needs to loosen a bit to get comfy. The two main concerns is that the wood is almost black and not dark walnut like shown in some of photos or even not mango wood color. My table base is mango and is much lighter in comparison, so I can say the chair color is almost black. The other main deal breaker is the fabric seems to be pure cotton which is so prone to stains. There is no mention of the fabric type or care in the listing and I thought it’s probably like so many other upholstery nowadays with a stain resistant polyester blend fabric, but there’s no information about the fabric and care anywhere and it seems pure cotton. ays with a stain resistant polyester blend fabric, but there’s no information about the fabric and care anywhere and it seems pure cotton.

The wood is darker than anticipate. I wish it were slightly lighter but the chairs are solid and beautiful.
