I did get an open box item, but it arrived with moderate damage on several legs and the table top. The packaging was smashed and several pieces of hardware were missing. There were also weird shiny marks and drips on the tabletop. It’s a good lookig table, but package is poorly done and easily damaged. If I paid full price I would be very upset by the poor packaging and lack of care in securing hardware.

I bought open box because they said it was inspected and free from damage but that was not true! It’s a beautiful table but it had an obvious ding on that could not have been missed with inspection

Love my new coffee table! I bought this for my formal living room and it works so well in the space. It is simple yet elegant. Also, it was super easy to install - took my husband all of 10 minutes!

I was disappointed in the size and color of the table. The quality was just so-so. I ordered the dark brown and it was more like a medium oak. I kept it and got a partial credit.
