Tabouret de bar et de comptoir en bois massif Etta

Very nice sturdy chairs.

I’m so happy with the purchase, they are exactly what I wanted and the colors are perfect!

I ordered 4 bar stools. 3 arrived and one of them had the arm completely severed. I reported that and was sent a replacement and the other stool. Well the replacement clearly had the same brake but was glued back together! I’m feeling taken advantage of and so I am going to ask that they take this back so they can see for themselves its no way to send out a piece of furniture hoping the purchaser doesn’t notice something that obvious.

I purchased three open box chairs and one full price chair. Two of the open box items came with the arm support completely cracked in half. The chair comes fully built, but packaging was lacking. I suspect they broke in transit, because there’s no way these chairs could have been inspected and approved for resale. The third open box item had a leg that didn’t even touch the ground because it was too short. The full price chair arrived and it also isn’t level. I wanted these to work so much, but they were so poorly constructed that all of them need to be returned.
