Great and spacious cot with nice mattress. Rolls away with ease!

I received my bed delivery. I had an opportunity to put it together on the weekend. There is damage to the frame, metal gouges in a few different places, and it seems that the end of the bed that holds the mattress is bent at a 30 degree angle. One of the wheels wont sit on the floor, so perhaps the entire frame is bent. Three of the springs are disconnected, and I could only physically connect one. It was packaged in a card board box with a plastic bag. As for the design, the bed moves around when lying in it, as there are no brakes. The plastic holders that snap to the frame/legs seems "cheaply" designed. The mattress is great. not sure if this is just a feedback site or where i am to send this formally? I downsized to a studio apt and wanted a full size/XL twin bed as my main bed but to fold up out of way with company. I will repost, when i hear back from Wayfair as they have provided great responsive customer service so this is the first time they are hearing of the damaged goods. i will change star rating as I believe Wayfair will rectify or so I hope!
