The item was damaged in which you can see the fabric thread was not properly sewed together. My fear is that this issue is a prelude to what I can expect from this product to come with the two chairs.

After putting together all 4 chairs (2 sets) and using two of them for a total of 5 days, my husband (180 pounds) sat in the chair and scooted it forward across tile floors. Heard a crack. One leg now has a major crack through the wood, making it unsafe to sit in. We've contacted Wayfair who will be contacting the manufacturer. Not sure we will keep the 4 chairs or the 4 matching bar stools we ordered. I don't want to have to worry about being careful with these chairs. They are used daily.
