The first chair arrived with a broken leg, and WF sent a replacement with no hassle. The second chair has a small scratch in the leather, which I’ll buff out with some leather repair. The chair is comfortable, but I find it a bit difficult to egress given that I’m old and decrepit.

Absolutely beautiful. It came in a huge box already assembled, which was a win-win for me.

Chairs are sturdy. Color of wood and leather are as shown in pictures. Packaging/padding of chairs in boxes was nonexistent. Boxes arrived crushed and open. Luckily there wasn't any damage to the chairs!
