The chair is smaller than I thought it would be. It is not a chair and a half. It is very cute though and perfect for my 8 year old.

It is pretty comfy, but i wouldn't call it a chair and a half by any stretch of the imagination. It's just a regular chair so don't get this one if your wanting something bigger. And the Velcro arms are just a weird choice. But overall, it is a very nice chair for the price.

Very comfortable. Been using it daily and it's holding up very well. The stuffing is still fluffy. Just what I wanted. Fits beautifully.

I am sitting in my chair typing this. I am uber comfortable. Bear in mind I am a mere 4 10 tall senior citizen and it fits me perfectly. I can sit with both feet on the floor. I can comfortably rest my head back with my feet up on on my ottoman. My shoulders are level with the seam. This chair is not 44 wide, its 31. This chair sits high enough to allow me to stand easily. It is not a chair and a half, not even close. Its a chair for a small person like me. I decided on this chair because of the negative reviews that its a small chair, shallow seat and padding was inadequate. I have been a seamstress all my life. I can easily open a seam and add a layer of 2 inch high density foam and sew it back up. The arms remove easily and have a zipper, so adding more padding there is easier. I will let it flatten out a bit, as many said it does quickly, to give me more room to bulk it up. Thanks yall for allowing me to find the perfect chair for me. I do rely on your reviews, good bad, to make the optimal choice. I am so happy that Im buying another!
