A must have for every sewist. Excellent quality and the design provides support and comfort for long periods of sewing. I highly recommend.

The chair is pretty and the base is easy to attach. However, getting the back in place is very frustrating if doing it alone. Two long bolts attach the back, but the holes are deeply recessed so that you cannot hold onto them while screwing on the bolts to secure them from the inside of the chair. As you screw on the bolts, they turn with the nuts, so they do not tighten. The edge and bottm of the chair is too close to the nuts so that it is difficult to turn the nuts. One has to stop and reposition the small wrench (which does not hold the nut tightly in the first place) many times to tighten nuts all the way. I have spent a lot of time 2 days in a row trying to do this and still cannot get the back secured. Very upsetting.

this is a great chair and supports your back in the right place. great addition to my sewing room.

This sewing chair is an investment for me. The chair has a compartment and the price was the best around. I absolutely love it!
