NOT a latex mattress, just a regular low-end model filled with dirty cotton and foam, as the label clearly states. Thinner and smaller than described, a few inches shorter than the standard frame, and barely 4" thick. Inferior product all around. The return process is unnecessarily complicated; there is no free return option on the website. Don't be fooled by the low price; you're getting useless junk.

The mattress I received is definitely not latex. Tag clearly shows that. It had an extremely strong chemical smell – even after being removed from the packaging for 4 days. Returned the item as I wanted a latex filled mattress. Wayfair was excellent with the return process. 5 stars for Wayfair customer service but only 1 star for the mattress.
