After 16 months the chair fell apart. I called the company since Wayfair washed its hands of it and they say its out of warranty. I asked them to replace the chair since spending 800 on a chair that can only last little over a year was an incredibly bad investment. The service I got from the company and Wayfair was disgraceful my recommendation is to not buy anything from either company because the service that you will receive is impersonal and uncaring. Also the chair just ripped apart after sitting on it due to faulty Construction where the chair meets the arms which caused the leather to rip apart so even being able to put the chair back together with new screws or whatever they use still would not make the chair look like it does now. Instead its completely torn and has to be thrown out. Also after speaking to a manager at Wayfair my recommendation is dont waste your breath. Make sure you buy from more reputable companies that care about their reputation. Also the manufacturer the chair seems like a company based in China and they dont care either. I had to try to put books under it so I wouldnt fall out of it LOL. Update was able to put it back together but its still ripped. No one reached back out after my last email. I switched to 2 stars since I can still use the chair

I needed something with some style that was better for my back and didn't cost $2-3000. Very happy with it, it is firm, but what I needed.

Love the chair! Size is perfect and love the colors! Very cool looking and comfortable. Want to decorate the room around it! Also a breeze to put together.
