Canapé 3 places 107,1 po Mid-Century en chenille avec jupe à volants

I bought this couch in June thinking it would have gotten soft by now and it is hard as a rock. My guest complains about how uncomfortable it is.

Fabric is fine, length is great and wasn’t too difficult to put together, but it is not a comfortable sofa. Would be too dffuclt to return and the cushions are shrieked wrapped and it has to be returned as it was shipped. The color and fabric are the reason for two stars.

I'm giving this three stars because I couldn't wrap my head around the concept of a sofa in a box. I have purchased sofas from Wayfair before, but the assembly consisted of screwimg on legs and maybe some other small detail. But the entire sofa was in pieces and compressed into one box. I was afraid of taking it apart, not liking it and trying to figure out how to send it back. Decompress the air? HOw? What? I'm in my 8th decade of life and do not have the time nor desire to wrestle with the hassle.
