Where is my package? Item incorrectly stated as delivered. Unsuccessfully searched the lobby and all the corridors and the pavement outside of my apartment building. Asked the concierge and the other residents but no one has any knowledge of my package Most importantly my delivery instructions stare that my packages must be delivered to me Lorna Couch in person and I must present valid ID and sign on receipt of my package.
