Really great looking chair once assembled. Assembly wasn’t difficult, but several pieces of hardware were missing. The box arrived with a large hole where some of the hardware had fallen out. There was also damage to the chair pieces due to the box being damaged. Wayfair sent out new hardware no problem. I just used a stain pen to touch up the damaged areas and it looks fine. Repackaging and returning the item was no big of a hassle.

The chair is excellent quality but one of the arms received was damaged. The chairs are difficult to put together.

Nice armchairs, not very easy to assemble, but doable. Also, keep in mind: the upholstery in NOT Genuine Leather but rather polyurethane.
