Wood split within a week of delivery and there was no way to get a replacement or any kind of credit for this damage. This chair was sat in fewer than 5 times as it is a decorative piece. There was a small irregularity in the wood when it was delivered as pictured in the second photo (have to zoom in to see it), but we didnt think it was anything to worry about. But over several days, the crack spread. This is a 2700 product and it is disappointing that a company this size has no policy to address an issue like this, except a three day warranty. If you buy this chair or a similar one, make sure you get the insurance policy and inspect the wood carefully upon delivery.

This chair is awesome. Well built, very comfortable, and really big.

It’s huge and epic. White glove delivery is awesome! No regrets.
