This product does not align with the product photos or description. Upon arrive, the piece looks mass-produced, lacking any artisanal, distressed features depicted online. The finish appears flat and uniform with no visible hand-crafted character or texture, which were key reasons for my selection. Unfortunately, it resembles a standard-factory made item rather than the unique, vintage-inspired chest that was advertised. The difference is substantial enough that I feel misrepresented. I would appreciate your assistance resolving this matter - whether through an exchange for an item that better matches the listing or a return with full refund.

Giving this dresser one star. Because it’s not the product that I ordered. You would expect for paying thousands of dollars for a dresser that it would be as featured. But the wood work, the distressing… it’s completely different from the photos (see below). Hoping that there was a mistake because I really want the dresser that Ive been obsessing over and SO excited for in the photos. Hopefully Wayfair and the manufacturer can resolve this for me.
