Good quality, solid made. Looks just like the photos. Takes about two hours to assemble 4 chairs.

I ordered 6, 30” and 4, 24” stools. They are made very well and the assembly wasn't terrible with an electric screwdriver, but I couldn’t imagine how long it would have taken with just the hand tool. Out of 10 chairs, I had one last night that the seat support cracked. I contacted customer support and they said they do not have the replacement part in stock (seat) even though I can purchase a 4 pack of the same exact chair as of 5 minutes ago. The chairs are very well built and it could very easily be a defect in the wood, but I’m not super confident in the customer service just based on the reply. I will update my review once this issue has been resolved (hopefully resolved). My fear is, I am going to have to disassemble the entire chair to replace the seat (if they send me one) and they won’t send new hardware, which could create more problem. I hope I’m wrong and they just send a replacement chair.

We purchased these barstools for our kitchen counter. The 30.5" height works perfectly and the color and style compliment our dining table and chairs. Assembly was a breeze. The seat cushions are comfortable and overall the barstools are very well constructed. Very satisfied with this purchase!

The stools arrived in good condition and all the hardware was included. My beef is with the final step in the assembly. I had to put in diagonal braces with phillips head screws, and I had to drill pilot holes for the screws! All other screws were hex head allen wrench screws, which went in fine with the allen wrench included. Even the pictograph showed that the final screws were indeed phillips head. Doesn't make sense, and very inconvenient.
