I just had it assembled and they did amazing job and they are sending the replacement face for the chip in the drawer. Amazing customer service and I love it!! It did take the assembly guy a couple hours so I am glad I paid for assembly though.

Very happy with this dresser. We had a couple issues with damaged cartons, missing parts, missing hardware and assembly instructions and a broken top. Contacted Wayfair website and ordered replacement parts without any problem. Once I received the instructions I determined there were additional missing parts so I contacted customer service and they were able to get the additional missing parts ordered. Customer service was very helpful and professional. The assembly was straight forward and everything went together smoothly. I am using this dresser as an installed dresser in an existing closet for towel and linen storage and the top will be used for our lizard enclosures. I used different knobs pulls that mimic our cabinets and that went well and we polyurethaned the top. We selected this dresser because of the height and we were limited with the width because of the closet dementions we were working with and are very happy with our choice. The Wayfair website was easy to navigate and they have a wide selection of products for us to choose from. And besides all of that, the dresser was on sale! Happy customer.

Looks like it will turn out great! A part arrived damaged, but Wayfair has a replacement on the way, and I'm excited to see it come together!
