Buyer beware!!!! Beware of not only this item but Wayfair's policies. I ordered two of these and had them mailed to our Air BNB location 750 miles away. They showed up and I flew in for the weekend to assemble them. There is about 150 pieces in the box and the box weighs probably 150 lbs. They were carried into the house and the first one was unpacked on the floor. There are NO instructions in the box! I checked the second box. There are NO instructions in the box! I have three days to get these assembled for two bedrooms. I contacted Wayfair and they said the instructions would be there in two days. I asked to return the one that was not unpacked since there are no instructions and I have to fly back home. I get and email stating that they attempted to contact the vendor for instructions and....THE INSTRUCTIONS DO NOT EXIST! LOL. I will not be getting any assembly instructions. I then get the refund back on the first one and they charged me $70.00 to return an incomplete package. They then explained that they will take the return of the second one. There is no box, it is 150 pounds of 150 pieces, and I have to drive or fly 1500 miles to pack it for the return. Remember, I was told I would have instructions in two days. Who sells items in pieces with no instructions???? You may think this is a crazy one sided story but I have every email and charge on my card that maps this completely out. I now have stacks of pieces of dresser in one room and no dresser in the other. How do you rent this now? BEWARE and think about this you Air BnBers!

Love this! It’s the perfect size and well built. It did take a while to put together but was worth it.
