Love the chair, but when putting them together it helps to have two people.

They work great and are just as described. Assembly took a little long, there are a LOT of screws and bolts

The swivel set is great. Chairs were not difficult to assemble.Chairs are sturdy.

Good quality, solid made. Looks just like the photos. Takes about two hours to assemble 4 chairs.

I ordered 6, 30” and 4, 24” stools. They are made very well and the assembly wasn't terrible with an electric screwdriver, but I couldn’t imagine how long it would have taken with just the hand tool. Out of 10 chairs, I had one last night that the seat support cracked. I contacted customer support and they said they do not have the replacement part in stock (seat) even though I can purchase a 4 pack of the same exact chair as of 5 minutes ago. The chairs are very well built and it could very easily be a defect in the wood, but I’m not super confident in the customer service just based on the reply. I will update my review once this issue has been resolved (hopefully resolved). My fear is, I am going to have to disassemble the entire chair to replace the seat (if they send me one) and they won’t send new hardware, which could create more problem. I hope I’m wrong and they just send a replacement chair.
