One of the chairs broke (a rung) after less than 35 days. Thankfully, I purchased insurance. When I contacted the insurance company, they stated that the initial manufacturer's warranty was one year; therefore, I needed to contact Wayfair. I contacted Wayfair, who stated that because I purchased insurance, I had to go through Allstate. I literally went around, back and forth, four times between them trying to figure out who was responsible. I counted: I received 24 emails in 18 hours, stating it's someone else's responsibility. Finally, Allstate is going to send a check, minus the cost of the insurance.
That said - the fact that the chair broke after 35 days, with minimal use (probably sat in the chair 8 times total) was disappointing - the construction and quality is subpar to say the least.
