Very nice and white glove delivery! One of the doors doesn’t want to stay shut but I’ve got it tied to the frame. I can still access the other door and it’s good for extra storage.

I love my new rattan sideboard! It fits into my decor perfectly, is well built, and holds lots of extra things. I would highly recommend it.

I’ve been using this sideboard as my storage cabinet and worktop in my salon suite since April. I did put a piece of plexiglass on the top so I could have a more usable, flatter and liquid proof surface to mix my color on. It’s a uniquely gorgeous, sturdy piece. I get compliments on it regularly. I love that I can easily sweep under it, as well.

This is not so much about the product as the customer service. The cabinet is nice, but is very orange colored verses a natural rattan. I processed the return on DEC 20. It was accepted, email provided & said to wait 3-5 business days for company to call to schedule pick-up. I waited 2 weeks, no call. Called Wayfair who then told me to call the company myself-number was located on the return label address, no where in email. I called, was transferred to leave a voicemail. No return call, waited 48 hours, called back, transferred again to a non-descript voicemail. I left another voicemail and called back immediately explaining situation. The kind person then tried to email on my behalf, waited, no response. I called back, she communicated that there is no one in the other terminal answering calls or emails. No one to pick it up. Her manager was aware and they have no response. Called Wayfair, 5 JAN. They also couldn't get ahold of a person at the company, I requested if there is another company, on hold for a SUPER long time, was told, no, no other company. She (Wayfair) had also contacted her manager and they were elevating my ticket. I was told I would have a email within 48 hours. No email. It has now been another week. Called Wayfair, new lady instructed that my return was processed, but it wasn't, it generated the same email I received on 20 DEC. Again told to wait 48 hours.......Still no return. I would like my money returned. I spend ALOT with Wayfair between my business and home. This is the second issue I have had in the last month. They cancelled an order without sending email due to out of stock. I went back into to check tracking and that is when I had to call to be notified it was cancelled without notification.
