Très belle commode

Really lovely piece. Not too difficult to assemble but it did take a bit of time. Plastic tabs on the feet make this piece easy to slide across hard surface floors. Nice details.

There’s a lot to be said about this order so let me start here. The dresser is adorable. Love the design. Extremely difficult to put together and the second and third drawer would not stay closed. They would slide right back open each time they are closed. The bottom drawer never closed fully so it doesn’t sit flush. WAYFAIR customer service has been extremely helpful and sent a new unit. Once the new unit is put together, I will review this item again.

I just love this versatile chest of drawers! The scalloped drawer design and antiqued gold pulls really makes it visually interesting. The space inside the drawers is taller than the drawer side (see open drawer photos). It is a beautiful color, and though I love the rounded corners of the frame, those pieces that are rounded are a smidge off compared to the its top and sides, in grain and sheen. (See photos) Also important is the safety kit for tipping. Like most of the furniture that arrives needing built, there are lots of parts and you will need some time to build it.

This dresser is incredible. The box and unit when built are very heavy. You will definitely need another person to bring it in. I assembled myself and it was very time consuming, but so worth it. Sometimes when I build dressers or furniture with drawers, it’s hard to get the drawers to line up properly, but not with this. They slide in perfect with no weird gaps. You can tell it was built well. It has a mid-century modern feel. The scalloped bottom really makes it unique.
