Ensemble de chambre à coucher 3 pièces avec commode 6 tiroirs et 2 tables de chevet

Ordered this 3 piece set in Natural. Only received 1 box that included just the dresser and it arrived in Brown. There was also mouse droppings in the box as well. The set is now back ordered. Called customer service and was told I would not be receiving the nightstands and they don’t know why it came in the wrong color. I was then offered only a 30% partial refund if I chose to keep it even though more than half the order was missing. When I asked to call back after I think about it I was told this information would be in the notes and I needed to calls back within 3 days to either accept the 30% or receive a full refund and somehow send the dresser back that I had already unpacked to see of the nightstands were in the box. When I called back the next day there were no notes about the amount of the refund and now I’m only offered 25%. I was told that would be immediate and she would request the increased amount to 30% and it would be approved by end of day. 24 hours later I still have not received the 30% approval. Without resolution I will not be ordering from Wayfair again.
