Great looking bedroom set

Honestly the furniture is great and I don’t have anything bad to say about it. However, the delivery experience was not great at all. I paid for delivery and full assembly the morning of delivery I receive a text that basically says we will only be able to assemble you furniture at delivery, thank you for your understanding. No mention of how to fix this, no details, no refund. I called customer service and every person I spoke to had a different explanation but one person just said it would take too long? As if that’s not the service I paid for. They ended up putting together half of it and allegedly are supposed to come back and assemble the rest but I haven’t heard any confirmation on that and am honestly worried I will not see them again. The whole thing is just inconvenient because now I have to take another day off work to coordinate the assembly when they could’ve just taken the extra 30 min to an hour and assembled it all same day. Quite frankly, I should still be receiving some sort of credit or refund for the inconvenience especially if they don’t come back.
